Bluetick Engg & Logistics supports businesses with sourcing from India, supplier coordination, and export and logistics arrangements. The scope of each engagement, including specifications, verification activities, documentation, and delivery responsibilities, will be confirmed in a written agreement.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when contacting us. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, or interfere with its operation.

3. Website Information

Product descriptions, images, and service information on this website are provided for general reference. Availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery estimates must be confirmed before an order is placed. Website content does not constitute a binding offer.

4. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not create a confirmed order. Quotations are subject to the validity period and conditions stated within them. Changes to quantities, specifications, freight requirements, or other material details may require a revised quotation.

5. Order Confirmation

An order becomes binding when accepted in writing by the parties under the agreed commercial terms. Customers are responsible for checking the specifications, quantities, delivery details, and other requirements before confirmation. Where an accepted order or signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement takes priority for that transaction.

6. Pricing and Payment

The applicable currency, payment schedule, taxes, and charges will be set out in the quotation or order agreement. Freight, insurance, customs duties, and other expenses are included only where expressly stated. Any advance payment requirements or consequences of late payment will be specified in the agreed commercial terms.

7. Product Specifications and Verification

Products will be sourced against the specifications agreed in writing. Any sampling, inspection, testing, supplier verification, or certification must be included in the agreed scope. References to “verified sourcing” describe the verification activities agreed for an engagement and do not create an unlimited guarantee of product performance or suitability.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery schedules will be communicated for each order. Unless expressly agreed as binding, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, carrier availability, customs procedures, or other circumstances. Responsibility for transport, insurance, clearance, and transfer of risk will follow the delivery terms specified in the order agreement.

9. Customs and Trade Compliance

Each party must meet the customs, import, export, and other regulatory obligations applicable to its role in the transaction. Responsibility for licences, permits, duties, taxes, and supporting documents will be set out in the agreement. Customers must provide accurate destination, end-use, and consignee information where required.
